Amaury Bonhomme worked as a management consultant for 7 years at Accenture, followed by 4 years as a Director of Continuous Improvement at Nordgold, an international gold producer. He is currently the CEO of Orios Consulting, since the establishment of the firm in 2020.

Amaury has led numerous strategy and operational excellence projects in various industries and sectors, including automotive, mining, utilities, water production, energy and more.

Eric Vilbois

Eric Vilbois has over 25 years of experience in several management consulting firms including Accenture, Atos and Capgemini.

He is an expert in the fields of Change Management, Operational Excellence, leading large transformation projects and implementing a Lean approach in complex environments.

Over the course of his career, Eric has led over 150 transformation projects, some of which were on a national scale for the public sector (Ministry of defense, DDT(M), the banking sector (Crédit Agricole, Société Générale), industry (Amcor Flexibles and Ascometal) and utilities (Veolia)

Sven Macé has over 10 years of experience, including 4 years in management and

technology consulting at Accenture and 3 years as part of the executive committee of an international industrial site.

Sven has led numerous operational performance improvement projects, especially in Utilities (Veolia, EDF, ENEDIS,), Industry (Nordgold, Vallourec...), Telecommunications (Bouygues Telecom), and Public and Semi-Public Service (RATP, Paris Police Headquarters, DDT...).

Jean-Baptiste Clavel

Jean-Baptiste Clavel

Jean-Baptiste worked at Accenture, an international information system consulting firm, for over 5 years. He spent 2 years as an expatriate at an international industrial site where he participated in numerous operational and digital transformation projects. Following that, he spent 3 years at Orios Conseil.

Throughout his career, he has gained multidisciplinary expertise in information technology (BI, visualization) as well as in Lean and change management.

Etienne de Wailly
Geology Expert

Etienne worked for international mining companies as geologist on mining and exploration topics. He lead projects in South America and Central Africa, for either medium scale mines, international industrial mining sites, and exploration projects. He focuses on delivering resources economically and efficiently for mining projects and active mines. 

His passion for field geology and mineral resources estimation makes him generate resources with dirt on his boots. He worked mainly JORC-compliant but also undertsand NI41.101 specificities allowing to implement on his projects internationally recognized best practices and reporting requirements.

Eric Kauffert

Banking Sector Expert

Eric has 18 years of experience gained within the Société Générale Group in France (La Défense) and internationally (Russia, Eastern Europe, Overseas territories, in particular).

Eric brings to our clients his dual expertise in banking transformation and credit risk. He has worked as an internal consultant on areas related to organization, subsidiary acquisition and divestiture, as well as information system change projects.

Eric has also served as a corporate credit analyst and has held several positions within the boards of directors of banking subsidiaries, including roles like Deputy Director of Resources, Risk Director, and more.


Michel Mida

Doctor Michel Mida has almost 40 years of experience, during which he has been able to develop his team management skills in the practice of medicine as well as in the field of research. During his career, he was able to lead, thanks to participatory management methods inspired by Lean, numerous innovative projects.

Olivier has nearly 25 years of experience as a management systems specialist. He was Quality Manager for large groups and had the opportunity to successfully carry out numerous QMS implementation projects, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification.


Olivier is certified Black Belt Lean six sigma and also a trainer. It mainly operates in the transport, logistics, energy and environment sectors.


He has notably worked for organizations such as a national railway operator, an insurance company, a water authority, etc. and has carried out more than 200 audit and consulting missions for large groups in transport, logistics, engineering companies, etc.
